Simply choose your product and leave your customization request in the Notes section at checkout. If your order includes a pet portrait, please send a clear photo of your pet after placing the order.

4. Can you embroider my pet’s face or portrait?
Yes, we can create pet portrait embroidery based on a clear photo of your pet. Please make sure the photo is bright, clear, and shows your pet’s face well.
5. Will I see a preview before shipping?
Yes. Before shipping, we will take photos of the finished custom item and send them to you for confirmation.
6. Are custom items returnable?
Custom-made items are made especially for you, so they are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has started or the design has been confirmed.
